• Be in their original condition
• Include original tags and packaging
• Not show signs of wear, damage, stains, or alterations

We do not offer final sale items, and all eligible products may be returned according to this policy.

Free Return Shipping

Kyrosee provides free return shipping for all eligible returns within the United States. Customers will receive return instructions after contacting our support team.

No Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–8 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work quickly to resolve the issue and provide a replacement or full refund when applicable.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal-use items may not be eligible for return if opened, worn, or used.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled before they are processed for shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process after delivery.
